The first of several Steering Committee meetings was held on October 23, 2012 with representatives from the area’s major institutions, civic organizations and city agencies. The University/Southwest District includes 10 neighborhoods: Bartram, Cedar Park, Garden Court, Kingsessing, Powerlton Village, Saunders Park, Spruce Hill, University City, Walnut Hill, and West Powelton.
